Fullsize Invasion - BAJA

We've gotten some questions and have some more information on the Fullsize Invasion Baja trip.

The potential of this trip happening in July is in your hands. If we have some guys that want to go, then we'll do it. Otherwise, we'll try for a later date.

As a quick recap, we'd be doing a four-day, three-night trip down into Baja, being led by famous off-road racer Curt Leduc. We won't be going anywhere too extreme (trail-wise), and you'll need to make sure you bring a reliable vehicle (you don't want to break down on the other side of the border). We'll cross the border in Tecate and then head to Estero Beach for the first night. All lodging and food are included in the cost of the trip.

-Curt's Baja Legends Tours run $1,900, but that includes everything (you cover your own fuel)

-Kids are welcome. The cost is per vehicle so as long as the kids can stay in your room then it should be fine. If you bring a super hungry teenager that eats for three, then you may need to pay a small surcharge.

-Proposed date of July 27-30

-Passports needed for everyone in each vehicle (not just driver)

-Mexican auto insurance can be purchased at the border

-Money can be exchanged at the border (you want to use cash down there, and pesos not U.S. dollars)

-Yes; it will be unlike any place you've ever seen. This is the last bit of the Wild West.
